In the autumn our neighbors head up to Colorado to bring a truckload of fresh organic apples for the apple pressing at our Thanksgiving Fair. We take a few bins of apples and mix 7-10 varieties together, which gives the apple butter its delicious pungent flavor. Then we cook it down with just the right spices. Perfect for topping off your favorite fresh bread or warm toast. Yum! 🍎

Aquilla Creek Farms has been making homemade, handcrafted, all-natural jam and jelly recipes as a heritage since 2007, formerly called Homestead Farms.

Many of the fruits are grown seasonally right on our beautiful land or acquired locally.

Our small batch jellies stock the shelves of a fine craft village in Central Texas and have brought color and delight to the many visitors that frequent the stores. Now we offer them online for you and others to enjoy.
